This is a weld-together yourself kit for adapting an Eaton DS404 or DSP40 (the front carrier in many tandem axle trucks) to a QUALITY transmission jack that has for/aft & side to side adjustments! Made from 1/4" steel cut out on a CNC plasma table, this simple 4 piece kit has tabs to aide in assembly. Once constructed, simply weld the unit together!
